ABOUT ME 

Lhorvie Nuevo is a multi-award winning actor and an artist-facilitator. Originally from Dasmariñas City, Cavite, she is now currently based in Pasay City. Lhorvie has been a member of the Cultural Center of the Philippines' Resident Theater Company - Tanghalang Pilipino (TP) Actors Company since 2013. Being with the company for 10 years, she has played various roles in numerous productions, notably "Ang Pag-uusig (The Crucible)" as Elizabeth Proctor and "Tartuffe: o ang Manloloko" as Elmire. She Recently received the Outstanding Female Featured Performance in a Play award in the prestigious 13th Gawad Buhay Awards for her portrayal of Khadaffy Janjalani in "Batang Mujahideen"directed by Guelan Varela-Luarca. She was also named Best Featured Actress in a Play in the 35th Aliw Awards for her performance as Putli Loling in "Anak Datu" directed by Chris Millado.

She was fortunate to be a part of the film Servando Magdamag, directed by international award-winning director Lav Diaz, in December 2020.

As part of her training, she also does backstage work such as Production Management and Stage Management. She also shares her craft through participating in TP's Kamalayang Pilipino Workshop in the Arts (KAPWA) as an artist-facilitator.

Among her favorite past times are those spent in the kitchen and out in the garden.
